Rosy’s story is one that many of our widows carry quietly in their hearts — the sudden loss of a life partner, the weight of raising young children alone, and the silent grief that only surfaces when the house is still and the children are asleep.
Her husband battled a rare cancer for over three years. When he passed, Rosy appeared strong on the outside — but inside, there were a thousand words she couldn’t say to her family. It was in the stillness of night, after the children fell asleep, that she truly faced her loneliness.
That’s when she found Wicare.
Through our one-on-one counselling and bereavement support, she discovered her young son had been holding back tears — afraid that crying would make mummy sad. Together, we helped the family find healthy ways to grieve and honour Daddy’s memory.
Rosy’s courage reminds us why Wicare exists: because no widow should have to walk this journey alone.
有些告别,不是放下,而是学习带着爱继续生活。
Some goodbyes are not about letting go — they are about learning to carry love forward.
